For question 1(b)(ii) if I didn’t put + in front of square root, am I wrong?
Yes, 1 mark deducted, as the question did not specify that u has to be a positive number. In fact, the equation W = (1/2)m(v^2u^2) is taken from Physics, where the net work done by an object is equal to the change in its kinetic energy, u and v representing velocities which allow for directional signs.
For 3 (c), i did 1.50, 1.70 and 3.80! Stupid me for correcting to 3 sf! How?
1.50 and 1.70 are acceptable. 3.80 is a too far off.
My gradient is 4.44 for question 3d! which is far off from your 5.2!
What will be the likely cut off for A1? Please let it NOT be 92 to 95% ……. o dear!
Yes, 4.44 would be marked wrong. I think this time the A1 will be around 90%.
