    1. Yes, 1 mark deducted, as the question did not specify that u has to be a positive number. In fact, the equation W = (1/2)m(v^2-u^2) is taken from Physics, where the net work done by an object is equal to the change in its kinetic energy, u and v representing velocities which allow for directional signs.

  1. My gradient is -4.44 for question 3d! which is far off from your -5.2!

    What will be the likely cut off for A1? Please let it NOT be 92 to 95% ……. o dear!
