IMPORTANT TOPICS FOR O-LEVEL 2015 PHYSICS (5059) PAPER 2

LATEST ANNOUNCEMENT:

I’ve just finished identifying the Physics concepts that will most likely be tested in Paper 2 this year. It is based on my detailed analysis of the concepts tested in the last five years. Strangely FIVE topics were almost ignored in last year’s paper, so I believe they will be tested heavily in Paper 2 this year.

The 5 topics are:

(1) KINEMATICS

(2) PRESSURE (esp. barometer and manometer)

(3) LIGHT (esp. lenses)

(4) STATIC ELECTRICITY

(5) MAGNETISM

The important sub-topics are listed in the table below in the last column.

If you wish to MASTER the above FIVE IMPORTANT TOPCIS as well as the key sub-topics, please attend my upcoming course: O-LEVEL PURE PHYSICS OCTOBER CRASH COURSE. Click on the link for details. Thank you!

Note:

The above is based on my analysis of the Physics Paper 2 from 2008 to 2014. In general, Paper 2 topics of the previous year is not repeated in the following year (except 2013-2014), and topics that have not been tested for several years are more likely to be tested this time round.

Please not that the above are just guidelines and not 100% accurate. The topics that I have de-emphasized for Paper 2 can still be tested in Paper 1.
