Skills and Content for Microscopy: Hands-on practice on the proper use of the microscope for viewing specimen, calibration of eyepiece graticule using the stage micrometer, producing biological drawings at low-power and high-power, as well as calculating the drawing magnification.

Skills and Content for Food Tests: Hands-on practice on how to conduct the Benedict’s Test, test for non-reducing sugars, Alcohol Emulsion Test, Biuret’s Test and Starch-Iodine Test, as well as Serial Dilution.

Skills and Content for Common Experiments: Revision on practical aspects of Diffusion, Osmosis, Enzymes, and Photosynthesis; Hands-on practice on one or more of these experiments; Sources of Error for these experiments.
